Try the Anaheim Fairfield Inn by Marriot. It is pretty affordable compared to the DL Resort Hotels (two-night packages starting from $268), up to five people per room, and is right across the street from Disneyland. It's also the hotel I stayed at during my 2005 vacation, and the view is pretty good from the balconey.
