First off, he's not in ownership, he just runs the thing. Second, they're not replacing him. It's a compliment, really. "Look at what you've done with Disneyland in such a short amount of time. Let's have you run a bigger area like WDW and see what you can do." Can't blame the man if he decides to take this. Wish he wouldn't, but his talents would be used greatly in Orlando as well.
