I've always been kind of afraid of Splash Mountain, but I still LOVE IT! Every time I get in line and see those 5 Story Drop signs, THAT'S when the fear and suspense kick in! But that's part of the ride!

Also, all of you know that Splash Mountain got updated for the 50th right? Well for those of you who haven't seen it, let me tell you that Splash Mountain looks better than ever! The new Briar Patch looks just GREAT, with a little hint of a Tim Burton type look to them! Also, the amount of water that spews up when someone goes down the drop has been increased, and it looks cool and exciting! Don't forget that they altered the logs slightly, and made the back seat bigger, and in my opinion more comfortable and safe! The most important thing though is the refreshing of all of the scenes, which have been newly painted and refurbished. Everything at Splash Mountain is a Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah Day!
