After looking at a very recent aerial pic from a fly-by, I am just wondering why they don't permanently close down that road. It looks pretty useless. All it does is run pretty much parallel to Katella. I mean, why not let the people drive the 1 whole block down Harbor to Katella and the make a right to go to Disney Way? It is the same thing. Now that road is wasting space they could have used for more space in the new expansion as well as for backstage purposes.
