I'm actually just going to present my changes for Tomorrowland, most of them coming from Tomorrowland a Refurb of the Future.
1. Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters- The building would be changed to the Star Command Headquarters as seen in the animated Buzz Lightyear series. All the cheesy 2D sets and windows would be taken out and replaced by three dimensional sets and windows. Fiber optic stars would be located in all the scenes held in space, as well as all the windows overlooking space. The painting of the scoreboard in the queue would be replaced by an electronic screen actually presenting the top scores of the day. A Space Ranger Hall of Fame would also be added in the queue, showing portraits of Buzz, Mira, Booster, and XR.
2. Store Command- BLAB's gift shop would be changed to sell only Buzz Lightyear and Toy Story merchandise, not Monsters, Inc. and Nemo and all that jazz.
3. Star Tours- They're already working on this.
4. The Star Trader- All merchandise here would be changed to only five things, vintage Tomorrowland attractions, Star Wars, Star Tours, Countdown to Extinction, and Space Mountain. The interior of the shop would pretty much remain the same, just new carpeting and whatnot.
5. Intergalactic Cantina- The Starcade will be replaced by an Intergalactic Cantina, similar to the Mos Eisley Cantina and Jabba's Palace in the original Star Wars trilogy. This cantina is a two story restaurant in lieu of Red Rocket's Pizza Port. Audio animatronic aliens would be placed throughout the cantina, while an audio animatronic version of the Modal Nodes and the Max Rebo Band from the Star Wars trilogy would play every fifteen minutes, their respective songs of course, so that means "Cantina Band" and "Jedi Rocks." The bathrooms outside the restaurant would be cleaned and left the same as I personally love the paintings of planets and the restroom signs made for both humans and aliens. Those planters are also nice for sitting. The queue and loading area for the Buy*n*Large PeopleMover will be held on the second story, a sign outside will point the way.
6. Countdown to Extinction- A few years back Imagineers planned to put DINOSAUR from Animal Kingdom in place of Honey, I Shrunk the Audience. The thrill ride would take the heat off crowded attractions like Star Tours and Space Mountain. Anyhow the queue would be held outside and half inside the old theater which would serve as the Dino Institute. I suppose a new ride system would have to be made to get rid of the Indiana Jones similarities, but I can easily work that out. The ride would go through the other half of the theater, a small parcel of land beneath Space Mountain and a portion of the Primeval World.
7. Space Mountain- A new paint job to brighten up the fading mountain plus round spaces with fiber optic stars and galaxies in place of the posters of space in the queue.
8. ExtraTERRORestrial Alien Encounter- The old Disney World favorite would take the place of Red Rocket's Pizza Port. A proper warning would be placed outside the attraction, WARNING parents that young children can and WILL be frightened. A new LCI English-speaking audio animatronic like this would be placed at the exit of the attraction.

9. Tomorrowland Terrace- The place would get a new paint job, menu, and a big clean up. The Jedi Training Academy will definitely remain here.
10. Tomorrowland Murals- The current murals will be replaced by new ones. The left mural will show caricatures of the great thinkers and inventors of the world. Galileo, Da Vinci, Edison, Einstein, Jim Henson, Shakespeare, Walt Disney, Alexander Graham Belle, the Wright Brothers, Socrates, Martin Luther King Jr., and Henry Ford. The right mural would show various milestones in the history of earth, the extinction of the dinosaurs, man hunting mammoths, Noah's ark, the Reinassance, the American Revolution, the Industrial Revolution, cinema, the first airplane, cars, trains, modern planes, the spaceship, and then the first man on the moon. I know Tomorrowland is about moving foward and leaving the past and all, but if it weren't for a lot of these things and people mentioned, there would be no future.
11. Horizons: House of the Future- A classic remodel of Horizons from EPCOT rebuilt on the first floor of Innoventions. The new dark ride would take guests on a ride through a model house of tomorrow past what science holds for us, like robot butlers and maids, bedrooms under the sea, hover cars, etc.
12. Tron Attraction- Someone mentioned it in the thread I mentioned, I just don't know what it was about. So a Tron attraction of some sort will be placed on the second story of Innoventions.
13. Disneyland Railroad- Leave as is, station and all.
14. Disneyland Monorail- Leave as is, station and all.
15. Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage- The attraction will be slightly altered and the loading area would be moved into Fantasyland to accomodate the theming. The old queue will be turned into the Nautilus Cafe, a fabulous restaurant giving spectacular views of the submarine lagoon. Frankie and the Frogs from Meet the Robinsons would have their own stage here playing classic jazz tunes. Wilbur and Lewis Robinson would make Goofy's Kitchen type appearances around lunch and breakfast.
16. Autopia- Chevron will leave and electric cars will be implanted. The new driving school for little ones will be held in Tomorrowland park which now features kid-friendly scenery like a crashed and charred Swinetrek from Pigs in Space, a robot attempting to walk a robotic dog barking a robotic cat, and a few other futuristic park items. The big jumbotron outside the Autopia queue will remain, only brought into high definition with all traces of Chevron deleted. New shorts involving Rusty and all them will be made along with several safety instructions. The queue will be cleaned up and slightly unaltered, the only difference being the television monitors inside showing the Chevron cars in humorous situations. Instead holographic advertisements for the various sights around Tomorrowland will be placed.
17. Astro Orbitor- The Astro Orbitor will be moved to its original home, with the name Astro Orbitor. The gift shop currently inside will be turned into the queue.
18. Buy*n*Large PeopleMover- A Wall-E themed PeopleMover will fill up the newly refurbished PeopleMover tracks. A Buy*n*Large spokeswoman would narrate the journey. In place of the Superspeed Tunnel would be an audio animatronic Wall-E playing with a paddleball.
The rest of Tomorrowland would be given the theme of an intergalactic tourist destination and space port. The Moonliner would remain in place above AE to say one thing.
