Well, since it's the off season the parades will not be running as much but the advantage of going in the off season is the park's a lot less crowded. so I would suggest try and do some fantasyland rides! Ride the train, the Monorail and anything else your step daughter can handle. Make sure to take a break to rest(may I suggest a Dole Whip or a Mint Julep
) and most importantly of all have fun!
