I really can't give an recommendations, except to tell you that if you want to get a collection going cheaply go to your local library and look under the children's CD's and also movie soundtracks, check out whatever you find that you like, take them home and rip them onto your computer then burn a copy to own. Most likely it won't cost you anything to check them out (pay attention to due dates).
I do this because I don't have much money to spend on CDs, but I don't own much Disney music. I do own a CD of the Side Street Strutters (a band that played in NOS)that I bought at DL.
