After surgery, Kyle Wright cut the candy and put on his running shoes.

A little more than a year ago, Kyle Wright weighed 406 pounds and was addicted to Milky Ways and In-n-Out Double-Double's. "If someone told me I'd be running a half marathon," he says, "it would have been a punch line to a joke."
