Ok lets take a side track here and go into why DCA failed.
1) Budget was cut almost in half before construction finished
2) Look who was in charge at that time (note spitting on said persons stone is not condoned, but is very fun to do)
3)They only had 55 acres to put the park on.
4)The park does have everything to do with the state, you just have to look hard There are little thematic things that bring the history of California alive. Disney, after the budget cut, decided to do a park that has never been done before by Disney, a new experience. Thats what they had to do with the new budget to keep the park construction progress going They didnt want to, but they had to get it up Ever since then, they were working ok plans to fix it up how it was supposed to be Those are the plans you see today
