Right now there are only eight teams signed up, which to be honest, is really disappointing. I do know that it's 60 days away and sign-ups end on August 14th. It's difficult to plan prizes and staffing and such if we have no clue to how many teams will be there. We'd love to be able to have an in park meal in the Big Thunder Picnic area, but Disney needs months of advance notice and we simply cannot give them that. Instead we're regulated to the outside picnic area.
I'm sorry, it's just that even though everyone seems to have a good time at the hunt, I just can't see why we only have eight teams signed up. I can only guesstimate that either everyone is waiting until the last minute or they don't plan on signing up at all...
