Burton is creepy and crazy in his own way and that is all fine and good.
Alice in Wonderland is trippy and drugged-out and that is all fine and good.

But mixed together I see either complete brilliance or complete failure. His strange view of the world could make Burton the best man for the job. Conversely, that strangeness could cause this movie to be far more wacked out than we could possibly imagine...
