Now before you spew that soda you're drinking all over your computer (if you have already, sorry), OC Register's simply reporting on what the plan is/was sometime in the past. As we all know, plans are only good until their time comes and a determination is made if the plan can go forward or not. This soft opening might happen, and it might not. It's a 'game-time decision' to coin a sports phrase.
