I went June 16 as a guest and there were no crowds at all.

Tower of Terror, Monsters' Inc., Soarin', Orange Stinger, Mulholland Madness, and Haunted Mansion was a walk on. Other attractions was a little wait. Only long waits was Nemo and TSM (60 & 55 minutes).

As of now, the crowds are getting larger. Some days it will be packed and some not. If there is a day in summer where it rains, then expect 75-100 people being at the park.
