Yeah, I won one when I went for Magic Music Days. It was at like 10 in the morning on a Saturday, and they gave them out to everyone who was on the specific Big Thunder train.
It was pretty cool to win something, but they ended up being useless since by the time crowds actually came later in the afternoon, people in the group had switched around and some people didn't have passes, so we couldn't use them.. Nice souvenir though.
