Nice posts. I think you both have very good points.
Although I doubt Disney would bring back the original Living Seas. I used to looove the original Living Seas as a kid, but they started taking out so much stuff from the attraction, and Nemo does brighten it up a little. I've only seen videos and pictures of it, but the clammoblie ride isn't great, but it serves, I guess, as an intro to the pavillion.
Both of you ARE right about how Nemo doesn't appeal to everyone, like most teenagers who go to the parks (I am a teenager myself, but I am a Disney fan

)
Obviously, Most teenagers don't like movies like Nemo because it's a family film. This is from my thread for rude guests at Disneyland, a VERY good example on Nemo's appeal:
