Actually it isn't, hit ctrl shift and 0
Then Move your view to where you want the first camera at, click the E or F button on the timeline, and you've placed a camera. Then keep on moving it, hit solo mode to check out the route. Then click the record button to record the shot. Its as simple as that, all ther other stuff in the window isn't that important.
