I did like this contest. I did my best to vote, not on the attractiveness of the picture itself, but of the creative use of purple. IMHO, just it being purple isn't necessarily a use of the color, unless you do something with it (use it to frame, as a background, to make other colors stand out, to evoke a feeling or mood, etc). I love submitting the pictures for this one - I think the voting might be a little out of the park as far as the theme goes.
