On the main page -
http://www.visionsfantastic.com/main.php by the radio is a link that says "Make a Request" that will bring you directly to the Request system. We'd really like people to read the Site Announcements thread about the radio to help prevent people from breaking the rules (requesting too many songs, etc). Most times when we have to remove somebody's access to the radio, they often state they weren't aware of the rules.
