Do you think DCA has the Disney magic? Should it even be considered a Disney park?

Since the first CM opening day, I have thought DCA was like a fair. You go once and that's all you need to go for. There is really no reason to go back for a second time. I do NOT think DCA has The Magic, and I don't think it should even be considered a Disney park because Disney parks you can enjoy over and over again!
