I have tried a lot of the menu items at the Blue Bayou and even though the prices are a little high I think they are reasonable given the atmophere and service. My favorite dish is the beef short ribs. It is consistently good and always satisfying. The prime rib, Tesoro Island Chicken, jambalaya, salmon and pork chop are also very good. For the entrees that come with a choice of two sides I highly recommend the Blue Bayou potatoes as one of your selections. They are heavenly. I also agree with the other that the Monte Cristo served at lunch is and excellent choice. Reservations are a must even if you think the park won't be crowded. My only knock on the Blue Bayou is the lack of a wine list. A big syrah with the beef short ribs would nothing short of amazing.
