I voted for the Fantasmic! at Disneyland. One of the reasons being that, as Peoplemover Matt said- the one in Florida makes you sit farther away. It's not as people-friendly? Intimate? Another reason is that I really like the contrast of atmosphere from the Columbia battleship scene to the Princess Medley. Also I enjoy the pre-show entertainment on the Rivers of America.

One of the things I didn't like about the Florida one was when Mickey finds a lamp and then Jafar goes, "Enter the Cave of Wonders!" or something to that effect. That part is just so random. But Florida does have a cool climax with the water curtain thing. Also, the steamboat is kinda cool, but not as dramatic as the Mark Twain.
