Hmmmm lets see..Caribbean Beach to me is kinda for couples. Its nice and lots of things to do, like fishing and mice boats and things. I would say the Coronado Springs is a decent resort for middle of the road. And like MDF said the crowds will be smaller, weather will be cooler but probably comfortable, although id avoid the water parks. Even though the water is usually heated, you still have to get out of the water and it will feel even cooler. I know there are several refurbs going on at that time so check the boards to see what will be down in case there is anything you are looking forward to riding, like I *think* Splash Mountain? Ive gone in January but not Feb so not sure of any special events. 6 days is enough to run thru the parks but not leisurely, so make sure you go with a plan.
