I went to Pirate's Lair for the first time yesterday and I absolutely loved it! So many clever touches starting from the sign just nailed over the TSI sign (Ah, the pirates have taken over the island) to the Smuggler's Cove "toys". The CM watching over the treasure was charming. A "different" Jack appeared, though, and creeped me out. He started by grabbing my water bottle, sniffing it and saying, "No, that's not it." Funny. Yes, Jack, the rum is gone. Then he started stealing kids' hats and toys and their parents' pens. All in good fun, I guess, but I weirded out enough to pass on the photo op I'd waited for. Anyway, I agree it's an "A" attraction and can't wait to show it to my husband!
