If you want the Blue Bayou experience without paying the big bucks, make reservations and just have dessert. We did this last time we were there. I've never had room to try the desserts after eating a meal so this was a perfect way to try something off the wonderful dessert menu! Much less expensive too!

Get your Monte Cristo at Cafe Orleans to save money. It's big eough to split with a friend. To avoide the fee they charge you to split a meal, have the other person order the awesome garlic fries so you're not paying something for nothing! The split fee is about the same price as the fries.
