This comes directly from Disney:
"Guests of all ages may wear costumes ONLY to the Mickey's Halloween treat to which their ticket is valid. Otherwise, costumes are only permitted at either Theme Park for Guests ages 9 and under."

So, unfortunately you cannot wear your costume to Disneyland. Which is a real bummer because you could get some really good photo ops there!
