the one on the left is Bonita, center is Sierra, right is Marina
Sierra is named because before all the expansions and such you had a view of the Matterhorn mountain(you can still see it obviously but it's a lot more crowded with everything else to look at)
Marina was named because it opened right into the dock of the marina
Bonita means beautiful and you could say it's named for a scenic view over orange county but all you could really see is a bunch of undeveloped plots of land filled with brush back before Timon lot was built
However it's really named for Jack Wrather's wife, Bonita Wrather(jack built/owned the hotel)
